Emma Lee is editor of Vancouver’s urbanbaby & toddler magazine, which she founded in 2003, after she had her first baby. Since then, the print magazine has grown, doubling its distribution in its first few years, garnering a 64,000 readership, as well as launching an online version complete with clickable ads, a blog and a subscriber-based enewsletter. She is married and a mother of two children.
