Meatloaf with Bothwell Mild Cheddar Cheese

Ingredients:
1 pound Ground beef
¾ cup Bothwell Mild Cheddar cheese (shredded or cubed)
1 Small Onion (chopped)
1 Celery (minced)
½ cup Milk
1 Egg (beaten)
½ cup Bread crumbs (dry)
½ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Onion Powder
½ teaspoon Paprika
Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Place in a loaf pan. Sprinkle Bothwell grated cheddar on top before placing in oven for a nice crispy topping. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
For a spicier taste that moms and dads will love, substitute Bothwell Jalapeno Monterey Jack in place of the Bothwell Mild Cheddar.
Yield: 4-6 servings
