Cheese Melts using Bothwell Old Cheddar cheese
1 cup Bothwell Old Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Green onion (diced small – optional)
¼ cup Shredded parmesan cheese (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Slice baguettes into circles (into desired thickness). Mix the mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce together and spread mixture onto baguettes. Top with cheddar cheese and green onions. Try adding your kid’s favourite lunchmeat in place of green onions for those picky eaters!
Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
