Barilla Pronto Cheesy Mac and Cheese
1 box Barilla® Pronto™ Rotini
3 cups cold water
½ tablespoon dry mustard
1 cup heavy cream
1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
¾ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
POUR the whole box of pasta into a 12 inch skillet. ADD water, ensuring pasta is covered. Optional: add ½ teaspoon salt to taste. COOK on high, stirring occasionally, until almost all of the liquid has evaporated, about 10 minutes.
ADD dry mustard and cream and bring to a simmer.
REMOVE from heat and gently fold in cheeses and parsley. SERVE immediately.
