My daughter regularly fed her dolls in the same way as your child did.  I do not believe it is over-sexualizing anything or causing them to ‘grow up too quickly’. Breastfeeding is a natural act and a nurturing act, one that should be celebrated.

It isn’t any different than playing house and bottle feeding a doll. My son who is 4 actually “breastfeeds” his sock monkey too! There is way too much controversy when it comes to anything to do with breastfeeding!! I don’t understand it, that’s the way babies are meant to be fed.
