One thing I think we forget about these days is that modern medicine is a damn miracle. So many women died from pregnancy and birth related complications, and are still dying that way.

It was a very scary time and when it happened I never knew it was so common and so dangerous. I was nervous to have another baby but I knew I was in good care with my Doctor. The sad thing is that so many women aren’t but we can change that by spreading Christy’s word and movement.
