This Friday I’d like to share with you the cover of our latest print issue. It’s our last issue of 2013 and I just love how cute this little girl looks in her warm wooly hat. It’s been a really great year for us and I’m really happy with the colours on this cover. Special thanks to Sarah from Sweet Grace Lifestyle Photography for providing the image.

We enjoyed a lovely outdoor dinner and great conversation.

I can’t believe how grown up they look… My son will be going into grade three next year and my daughter will be a senior kindergartener. Cue the mini violins: time flies.

Even though on this last day of school their clothes are a little too small and their sneakers a little bit battered — they are happy and that’s all I care about. ~Sandy

I remember when she was born. I remember changing her diaper. I remember when she started talking. Now she’s a full grown woman. She DRIVES. She has a job. She is intelligent and beautiful and kind.

I am old but I am oh so proud of her.
