"Sun-Splasher" Contest Rules

• The contest is open to Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older. The contest is void in jurisdictions where prohibited by law. Employees, employee spouses, or those domiciled with employees, and members of their immediate family or household of Oh Baby! Magazine and Mobile Mommy (collectively, “Sponsors”) and of parent or subsidiary agencies of Sponsors are not eligible to enter. By entering the contest, entrants grant Sponsors permission to use their name, city and province for promotional and/or advertising purposes in print and/or online.


• HOW TO ENTER. Online entry is the only method of entry.

  DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES IS SEPTEMBER 28TH 2007, 5:00 p.m. EST


• ENTRY REQUIREMENTS.
  • All entrants must complete the entry form in order to qualify.
  • Only one entry per person.
  • Illegible, incomplete or late entries will be disqualified.


• PRIZING. A total of one prize will be awarded.
  Prize – One Sun-Splasher sling from Mobile Mommy (approx. retail value $99 CAD). Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.


• WINNER SELECTION.
  • A random draw will be conducted for each prize on October 1st, 2007.
  • Potential Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email within five business days after the draw and prize will be released within four weeks after winner has been confirmed. Upon notification, the potential winner must respond within 48 hours. If a potential winner does not respond or does not comply with the Contest Rules, he/she will be disqualified and another potential winner will be selected. Sponsors are not responsible for the failure, for any reason whatsoever, of a potential winner to receive notification or for Sponsors to receive a potential winner’s response
  • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  • Winners may be featured on the Oh Baby! Magazine website following the contest deadline and may also be published in Oh Baby! Magazine.
  
  
• Sponsors reserve all right to refuse any entry that they define as unacceptable.


• If necessary, Sponsors reserve the right to amend contest and/or contest rules at any time, for any reason and without notice.


• Oh Baby! Magazine is not responsible for lost or damaged entries.


• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost or damaged photos.


• Sponsors will not be responsible for the use and/or consumption of the products awarded in this contest. The winner may or may not use the products at their own discretion if they so choose. Contest Sponsors assume no liability.


• PRIVACY. By entering the contest, entrant agrees to Sponsors' use of entrant's personal information for the purpose of administering the contest and for marketing purposes. Entrant's information will not be disclosed to any third parties unless specified in the details of the contest ad in Oh Baby! Magazine or on the website.
