Shipping & Refund Policy
Shipping within Canada is free on orders of over $100 CAD. This does not include Express shipping and shipping outside of Canada.
Orders placed by 12pm EST on Monday to Friday will ship within 36 hours. Sometimes there may be manufacturer delays and it may take 72 hours to ship your order, subject to availability.
Shipments will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
Multiple items ordered together may not be shipped together as some items will be shipped directly from manufacturer. Please note that you will only be charged once based on your complete order.
All items are shipped via Canada Post. Your shipment should arrive within 5 to 10 business days, shipping times may vary depending on your choice of service and your location.
If you are ordering from outside of Canada you are responsible for any additional charges (duty, taxes and brokerage fees).
If an item that youíve ordered is out of stock you will be notified immediately.
All returns/exchanges must in in their original, unwashed, unused condition and packaging. All labels must be attached. You must have your original receipt. Sale items (including coupon codes, special offers and discounts) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. No breast pump cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have been damaged as per Health Canada. All special orders are final sale*.
If items are not in their original condition, we cannot accept them and you will be responsible for the cost of the items shipped back to you. Returns and exchanges are your responsibility. We would suggest purchasing insurance when sending your product back as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original method of payment. Credit amount for any return or exchange will be for the price of the product(s) less any applicable shipping charges Please note that if you are exchanging a product you are responsible for all shipping costs. When shipping from outside of Canada please consider using regular post and not a courier company, as we will not cover customs charges incurred at our end. If any product is returned and changes the terms of the deal all items will be charged at full price.
You have 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund (less shipping costs) or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 15 days from receipt of purchase. All orders requiring a return or exchange require prior approval by Oh Baby! Magazine. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have prior approval. Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original method of payment.
Please contact Returns@ohbabymagazine.com if you are not satisfied with your product. Please include your order number, customerís name, customerís mailing address, item number and description of product for return or exchange, and the reason for your return or exchange. Please allow two weeks processing time.
