I wanted this to be the first book in our new Book Nook blog because it was my pregnancy bible during my first pregnancy. Ann Douglas is one of my favourite parenting authors and what I like best about this book is that it’s been updated, it’s Canadian and full of great information to help you through your pregnancy. ~Sandy
