Teresa is a 30-something working mother of a three-year-old girl named Tali.
She works for a prominent media company in the city of Toronto and lives in the Lakeshore Village Community in south Etobicoke.

She’s been married for nearly five years and is still debating having another child.

Stay At Home Sue

I am a mother of two beautiful girls named Georgia (5) and Zoe (3). After returning back to work I found that the rat race of juggling two kids, a job and running a household was too much for me to handle.  After six months, I had a long conversation with my husband and we both decided that I would stay home until both kids were in school full time. West Coast Mommy

Emma Lee is editor of Vancouver's urbanbaby & toddler magazine, which she founded in 2003, after she had her first baby. Since then, the print magazine has grown, doubling its distribution in its first few years, garnering a 64,000 readership, as well as launching an online version complete with clickable ads, a blog and a subscriber-based enewsletter. She is married and a mother of two children.

"Oh, sign to me!"

Sara Bingham is the founder of WeeHands (a baby sign language company) and
is author of The Baby Signing Book. Sara completed an honours Bachelor of
Arts in Linguistics at the University of Ottawa, and has earned a Bachelor
of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University. In addition, she has earned
an honours post-graduate diploma from Georgian College, as a Communicative
Disorders Assistant.

Sara has been studying American Sign Language (ASL) since 1991 with the
Canadian Hearing Society, the Bob Rumball Centre for the Deaf and at Durham
College.

She teaches at both Durham College and Georgian College within their
Communicative Disorders Assistant programs and is the owner/founder of
WeeHands Baby Sign Language Inc, www..weehands.com
